Applications: From Fashion to Functional Designs
The disorder digital printing technique shines on this woven fabric, as the stable base allows for sharper pattern definition and more precise color rendering. Using high-resolution digital technology, we create intricate, one-of-a-kind "disorder" patterns—from abstract brushstrokes and asymmetrical 几何图形 (geometric shapes) to organic, fluid motifs—that maintain clarity even across the fabric’s woven texture.
Key print advantages for woven fabric:
Fade Resistance: The ink penetrates the woven fibers (rather than sitting on the surface) for long-lasting color that resists fading from washing, sunlight, or friction.
No Pattern Distortion: The stable woven structure prevents print stretching or warping, ensuring patterns stay aligned even when the fabric is stretched during wear.
Consistent Coverage: Prints maintain uniform color density across the entire 148CM width, with no "blotchy" areas common in less stable fabrics.
Care Instructions for Woven Stretch Fabric
To preserve the woven structure, stretch elasticity, and print vibrancy, follow these targeted care steps:
1. Washing
Machine wash in cold water (30°C max) on a gentle or delicate cycle. Hot water can weaken the woven fibers and cause the stretch component to degrade over time.
Use a mild, non-bleach detergent. Avoid fabric softeners—they can coat the woven fibers, reducing stretch responsiveness and dulling prints.
Wash similar colors together to prevent dye transfer (especially critical for dark or bold print designs).
2. Drying
Tumble dry on low heat (≤60°C) or line dry. High heat can shrink the woven fabric and break down the elastic threads in the stretch construction.
For line drying, hang the fabric flat or on a clothesline (avoid hanging by one end, as the woven weight may cause slight stretching). Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent print fading.
